Healthy Hemp Banana Bread

This is a super protein packed banana bread recipe! My toddler and husband DEVOURED these. They're so good. Seriously. Now, I don't totally know how to rate them on the healthy scale because they do have sugar in them, but man, they are GOOD.



Materials:

- Mixing bowl

- Spoon

- Mini Muffin pan


Ingredients:

- 4 Bananas (Mashed)

- 5 TBSP Almond Milk (unsweetened)

- 2/3 Cup Cane Sugar

- 2/3 Cup Hemp Protein

- 1 1/2Cups Sprouted Flour

- 1 tsp Vanilla

- 1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

- 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

1. In a mixing bowl, mix mashed bananas, almond milk, vanilla and cane sugar together


2. Once mixed, add baking powder, flour, salt, and hemp powder, chocolate chips and stir until just combined

3. Add cinnamon if desired


4. Spray mini muffin pan and fill to top

5. Bake for 12 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean (minus chocolate chip residue

6. Cool in pan for 5min before placing on a cooling rack
